Making a Positive Impact for Better Health
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My holistic approach to fitness and wellness includes exercise, nutrition, and support. My program provides a variety of safe and effective workouts, nutritional support, and encouragement to live a balanced life. On my site, you will find over 165 different fitness videos saved in our archived library. These workouts include 5 types of fitness: videos for one hour sessions: bodyweight endurance and strength, body sculpting, pilates, interval cardio and weights, and boxing. Also, included in my fitness library are shorter videos (30 min or less) focusing on body parts, mini core workouts including equipment, and shorter muscular endurance and HIIt workouts. I present nutritional articles on popular topics, provide healthy recipes, and encourage with motivational blog posts in all areas of health. Payment for my program is as low as $10/month.
