My Story
A native to Pittsburgh, I moved to South Jersey after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Duquesne University. My teaching career was shortened when I decided to become a stay at home mom to my three children.
Fitness was always an interest, but became a passion when, after the birth of my third child, my Hypoglycemia(low blood sugar) forced me to take charge of my health. With advice from my doctor and a nutritionist, I empowered myself with knowledge on nutrition and fitness. Learning how to control my Hypoglycemia through the balance of proper foods and exercise transformed my physical, mental and emotional health.

Still craving more health benefits, I became a certified fitness trainer and nutritional consultant in early 2012. Dedicated to living a healthy, happy and fit lifestyle, I continue to adapt, make necessary changes, and follow good choices. The benefits I've experienced from practicing good nutrition, effective exercise routines and mental, emotional and spiritual habits have been incredible! I love to share, inspire, lead and motivate others to reap the same rewards. I teach fitness classes at a local gym and provide personal nutrition consulting. My goal with this website is to provide an online healthy living community through a variety of workouts to build strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Important nutrition topics will be addressed, healthy recipes displayed and blogs written in all areas of health.
