2 teaspoons gluten-free Worcestershire sauce I used Lea & Perrins.
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or 2 teaspoons dried
¾ cup gluten-free bread crumbs
1 pound (16-ounces) lump crab meat
