Lemony Sea Bass with White Wine, Butter, Capers and Herb Sauce

How to make

In a skillet heat olive oil
Add shallot, garlic and capers and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes
Add white wine and lemon juice.
Simmer until liquid is reduced by half.
Place sea bass fillets in skillet.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip to other side.
Add salt, pepper and parsley.
Cook another 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.

Ingredients

2 shallots diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons capers

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup white wine

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsely

salt and pepper to taste
