Mediterrean Bronzino

How to make

Rub 1 tbs olive oil, salt, and pepper on both sides of skin-on Bronzino filets and sear in hot skillet for about 6-8 minutes. Keep warm while making sauce to top on filets: 2 tbs olive oil, butter, white wine, garlic, lemon, chopped grape tomatoes, black olives, capers and parsley

Ingredients

  • 3 tbs olive oil

  • salt and pepper 

  • 4 skin-on Bronzino filets

  • 2 tbs butter

  • 1/4 cup white wine

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 tbs lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup chopped grape tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/4 cup rinsed capers 

  • 1/4 tbs fresh chopped parsley.
