Parmesan Crusted Baked Scallops

How to make

Sautée garlic, onion, lemon juice, olive oil, butter, salt and pepper. Combine 1 cup whole grain panko bread crumbs, chopped parsley, and 2 cups parmesan cheese. Add lemon, butter mixture and stir well. Coat 2 lbs dried scallops with mixture and bake at 425 degrees for @15 minutes or until golden browned and crunchy.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds dried scallops

  • 6 gloves minced garlic

  • 1/2 cup onion

  • 2 tbs lemon juice

  • 3 tbs olive oil

  • 1 tbs butter

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 cup whole grain panko bread crumbs

  • 1/4 tbs chopped parsley

  • 2 cups parmesan cheese.
